As stated above, there are a wide range of auditing services available from Andor Systems. Some of these are:
Licensing validity audit
We check all of your licenses, from your Microsoft Software, to your accounting packages, backup and anti virus software. We then research to see if you are appropriately licensed for use of that software with the manufacturer. This allows you to be confident in the knowledge that you are fully licensed, should the manufacturer come calling.
Software Update Audit
We check all of your systems, protection and productivity software for any updates that have been issued by the manufacturer, but have not been applied to your software. This will help seal any possible security or operational breaches that may be currently outstanding.
Disaster Recovery Audit
Andor will audit both your data and power backup systems, as well as your disaster recovery planning and documentation. This will allow you to be safe in the knowledge that, should the unthinkable happen, your business and its data is protected.
Systems Performance Audit
We all find that, over the years, our system doesn’t seem to run quite as fast as it used to. Whether it be the servers, workstations, or other component by using this service, we can proactively research any system bottlenecks that may be present, and recommend a solution.
External Threat Protection Audit
This audit specialises in investigating your protection against external threats that exist from the internet. We look at your routing and fire walling protections that are currently in place, as well as your current Virus, Spam and Malware protections, and report on their current status, and how these can be improved.
